Entuity Referrer Programme

Programme Overview

The Entuity Referrer Programme is designed for organisations that wish to introduce qualified business opportunities to Entuity Software without engaging in sales, delivery or support activities.

This programme enables Referrers to monetise trusted relationships by connecting customers with Entuity, while Entuity retains full responsibility for sales execution, implementation and support.

Who the Referrer Programme Is For

The Referrer Programme is ideal for organisations that:

  • Have strong relationships with IT, network or infrastructure decision-makers

  • Identify customer needs related to network visibility, performance or reliability

  • Prefer an introducer-only commercial model

  • Do not wish to sell, implement or support software solutions

Typical Referrers include:

  • IT consultants and advisors

  • Technology vendors with complementary solutions

  • Independent consultants and industry specialists

What Referrers Do

As a Referrer, you may:

  • Identify and qualify potential customer opportunities

  • Submit referrals through the Entuity Partner Portal

  • Provide high-level context and customer introductions

  • Maintain a trusted advisory relationship with the customer

Referrers play a critical role in initiating new customer conversations.

What Referrers Do Not Do

Referrers do not:

  • Sell Entuity products or services

  • Negotiate pricing or commercial terms

  • Conduct Proofs of Concept

  • Implement or deploy Entuity solutions

  • Provide operational or technical support

  • Represent Entuity in a sales or delivery capacity

All commercial, technical and contractual activities are handled directly by Entuity Software.

Referral Process

The referral process is simple and transparent:

  1. Identify an Opportunity
    Confirm that the customer has a genuine interest or need.

  2. Submit the Referral
    Register the opportunity via the Entuity Partner Portal.

  3. Referral Review
    Entuity reviews and formally accepts or rejects the referral.

  4. Sales Engagement
    Entuity manages all sales, technical and commercial activities.

  5. Referral Fee Payment
    Eligible referral fees are paid upon successful deal closure and payment receipt.

Referral Fees

  • Referrers may be eligible for a referral fee when:

    • The referral is accepted by Entuity

    • The opportunity results in a closed and paid contract

  • Referral fees apply to the initial transaction only

  • Fees, percentages and payment terms are defined in the Referral Policy & Fee Structure Addendum

Portal Access for Referrers

Referrer access to the Entuity Partner Portal includes:

  • Referral submission tools

  • Referral status tracking

  • Programme documentation

  • Referral-specific communications

Access is limited to Referrer-relevant content.

Compliance and Governance

Referrers must:

  • Accurately represent their role and scope

  • Comply with the Partner Portal Terms & Conditions

  • Avoid conflicts of interest or misleading practices

Entuity reserves the right to suspend or terminate Referrer status in cases of non-compliance.

How to Join the Referrer Programme

To join the Entuity Referrer Programme:
