Silver Partners play a critical role in accelerating customer validation, shortening sales cycles and ensuring strong technical alignment during the pre-sales phase.

  • Can independently conduct structured Proofs of Concept

What Silver Partners Do

As a Silver Partner, you may:

  • Actively sell and co-sell Entuity Network Analytics

  • Lead and execute Proofs of Concept in customer environments

  • Perform technical discovery and validation activities

  • Participate in joint customer presentations and workshops

  • Engage in joint go-to-market initiatives with Entuity

  • Use advanced Entuity sales and technical enablement resources

Silver Partners are trusted to represent Entuity accurately and professionally during pre-sales engagements.

What Silver Partners Do Not Do

Silver Partners do not:

  • Implement or deploy Entuity solutions in production environments

  • Provide operational, managed or ongoing technical support

  • Modify Entuity software or product configurations

  • Commit Entuity to commercial, contractual or support obligations

All implementation and product support activities remain the responsibility of Entuity Software.

Sales and PoC Engagement Model

Silver Partners operate under a co-selling and PoC-led engagement model, where:

  • Silver Partners lead PoC execution and technical validation

  • Entuity provides oversight, guidance and escalation support

  • Entuity leads implementation and post-sale support

This model ensures:

  • High-quality PoC execution

  • Reduced sales cycle duration

  • Consistent customer experience

Progression to Gold Partner

Silver Partners may apply to progress to Gold Partner status by demonstrating:

  • Strategic alignment with Entuity go-to-market objectives

Progression is subject to Entuity review and approval.

Governance and Compliance

Silver Partners must:

  • Maintain required sales and technical certifications

  • Follow Entuity PoC and sales guidelines

  • Accurately represent their authorised scope and responsibilities

Non-compliance may result in review or suspension of partner status.

How to Join the Silver Partner Programme

To become a Silver Partner:

Upon approval, Silver Partners may immediately begin leading Proofs of Concept.
